Bay Area News Group boys athlete of the week: Maxime Morelle, Los Altos football
Los Altos’ Maxime Morelle runs for five touchdowns in a win. Plus, special Bay Area News Group recognition to Livermore RB Kamarri Robinson.
Maxime Morelle of Los Altos is the Bay Area News Group’s boys athlete for Oct. 16-21, receiving 37.98% of the vote.
Trevor Rogers, an Acalanes football player, finished second.
Congratulations to all of the nominees for this week’s honor.
Morelle rushed for five touchdowns as Los Altos defeated El Camino to keep the Eagles in a three-way tie for first place in their league.
The sophomore rushed for 198 yards on 25 attempts.
