Man shot and robbed Monday night in South San Francisco

Incident was reported in the 200 block of Hillside Boulevard

SAN FRANCISCO SOUTH – According to police, a man was shot and robbed Monday night in South San Francisco.

The South San Francisco Police Department said in a statement that officers were called to the 200 block of Hillside Boulevard around 11:10 p.m. for a report of a person shot.

With a gunshot wound to his lower leg, the victim was taken to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.

According to police, the suspects exited a black vehicle and demanded the victim’s money. The suspect in the front passenger seat allegedly shot the victim at one point.
