COUNTY OF SOLANO – According to authorities, a 32-year-old San Jose man was sentenced Tuesday to 812 years in federal prison for conspiring to possess and distribute methamphetamine.
Esteban Gerardo Ramirez and his co-defendant, Fairfield resident Marsha Garma Phillips, planned to distribute the drug in Solano County between September 2021 and March 2022, according to a news release from the US Attorney’s Office.
