Sydney Y. and Clara C. go to Austin to the Central Texas Pirate Clash RJCC/RYC – Region 5
Two up-and-coming fencers fencing in Y8/Y10 Saber are set to battle in Austin the weekend of 5/18-5/19. The event is at Austin Sports Center – Cedar Park, Texas.
The Y8 event is scheduled for Sat at 4:30pm and has 5 competitors.
The Y 10 event is scheduled for Sun at 3pm and has 15 competitors. Sydney is also competing in the Sat, Y12 event which is scheduled at 11am. There are 21 competitors in this event.
Both of the girls will have to work hard this weekend, it is one the last tournaments of the year, before their summer nationals event in Columbus, Ohio. We at b17News, wish them the best. Good luck girls!
