Oct. 1

At 11 p.m., someone stole property from a storage unit in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue. On Camden Avenue, the victim’s credit card was used.

Oct. 2

At 11:55 p.m., at the intersection of Hamilton and Central Avenues: A 23-year-old man was discovered unconscious inside his car. He was arrested after being discovered to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

A man was contacted at Emory Avenue and Waldo Road at 2:51 a.m. for having outstanding warrants. He resisted arrest and fled in his vehicle, oblivious to public safety.

Three suspects broke in and attempted to steal a car at 3:26 a.m. on Elwood Drive and Pollard Road. Other vehicles were also searched. The suspects fled in two vehicles: a black Audi and a white Ford F150 pickup truck.

Oct. 3

Someone pried open the door to the exterior bathroom in the 1500 block of South Winchester Boulevard around midnight and damaged the door. The suspect rode a scooter.

At 6:26 p.m., someone rode up to the victim and threatened to kill him in the 1600 block of Villarita Drive.

6:28 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Bascom Avenue: The victim’s wallet was stolen and her credit cards were used to purchase items.

Someone threw a rock through the window at the Campbell Community Center at 9:46 p.m.

10:22 p.m. on Gale Drive in the 800 block: During an argument over a parking space, a 34-year-old man was approached. He was in possession of methamphetamine and had an outstanding warrant.

11:52 p.m. on South Winchester Boulevard in the 2300 block: Three juveniles broke in and planned to steal. Employees confronted them, and one suspect slapped one of them and threatened to get a gun before becoming combative with officers and kicking one of them. The suspect was placed in juvenile detention. The driver was cited for having alcohol in his possession.

Oct. 4

A white 2004 Ford E350 was stolen at 2 a.m. in the 300 block of McGlincy Lane.

Officers responded to a possible hit-and-run involving a white 2016 Hyundai Elantra at 3:38 a.m. at East Hamilton and Leigh avenues. The vehicle was discovered unoccupied, with damage to the steering column. Officers were unable to contact the registered owner, who subsequently reported the vehicle stolen.

6 p.m. on Marathon Drive in the 600 block: Someone gained access to the victim’s payroll application and switched bank accounts, resulting in the victim’s funds being transferred to an unknown account.

Someone attempted to force entry into a vehicle overnight in the 1400 block of Camden Avenue. The suspect was driving a gray 2014 Kia Sorrento that had been reported stolen in San Jose.

At 7:50 p.m., at the intersection of Camden and Curtner avenues, a man, 49, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI drugs and alcohol. (S) had cocaine on his person.

At 9:32 p.m. in the 200 block of Rose Court, the suspect punched the victim and threw feces at her during an argument. While officers were speaking with the victim outside the residence, the suspect charged at them with a knife, prompting the use of a taser. During the search, a 9mm handgun and a loaded magazine were discovered in a dresser. The suspect has a criminal record.

A woman, 29, was arrested at 4:12 a.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue for possessing pepper spray and having a prior felony conviction. She also had drug paraphernalia on her person.

Oct. 5

A woman discovered her husband in a parked car with the suspect at 9:11 p.m. in the 300 block of West Hacienda Avenue. When they began to argue, the suspect slapped her.

10:07 p.m. on South Winchester Boulevard in the 2300 block: A 29-year-old man was causing a commotion in the parking lot and was too inebriated to care for himself.

A scarlet bicycle was stolen at 6:40 a.m. in the 2200 block of South Bascom Avenue.

9:18 a.m. on Kennedy Avenue in the 100 block: The victim confronted a man, 26, who was looking inside dumpsters. He threatened to shoot the victim, who was concerned about his safety and wanted to be prosecuted. The suspect was wanted on a felony warrant as well as two misdemeanor warrants.

A man, 57, was causing a disturbance in the 2400 block of South Winchester Boulevard at 9:54 a.m. He was wanted for a felony and a misdemeanor.

At 3:38 p.m., someone stole merchandise from a store in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue and fled. The victim wished to be prosecuted.

Oct. 6

A 50-year-old man violated a served domestic violence restraining order by living in the same apartment complex as the victim and texting them at 8:26 a.m. in the 500 block of Railway Avenue.

9:01 a.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A 45-year-old man was causing a commotion at a business. He was discovered to be high on a stimulant and in possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 9:30 a.m. on two separate dates, someone stole merchandise and fled in a red Honda Odyssey in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue. The company wanted to be prosecuted.

At 1:58 p.m., someone broke into the victim’s room and stole items in the 600 block of Creekside Way.

At 2:05 p.m., someone stole merchandise from the store and fled in a white Chevrolet Tahoe in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue.

7:15 p.m., West Sunnyoaks Avenue, 600 block: A 50-year-old man was approached in an attempt to serve his warrants and fled on foot. He was observed driving and was later charged with DUI.

Oct. 7

A black/blue GT Aggressor Pro bicycle was stolen from a balcony in the 600 block of Almarida Drive overnight.

A gray Kia Optima was stolen overnight in the 1200 block of Salerno Drive.

At 10:28 a.m. in the 1000 block of Tolworth Drive, a man, 33, refused to let the victim leave the residence during a custody exchange.

A man, 26, pushed the victim several times before throwing a metal water bottle at 12:16 p.m. in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue. He had a warrant and was in violation of a no-contact domestic violence restraining order. He refused to identify himself and had to be restrained by officers.

At 1:01 p.m., two women stole merchandise and fled in a gray Ford in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue. The company wanted to be prosecuted.

A man, 55, was stopped for a vehicle code violation at 8:36 p.m. on the San Tomas Expressway and Highway 17 and discovered to have multiple outstanding warrants and a suspended license due to DUI.

10:20 p.m. on East Campbell Avenue in the 600 block: A 50-year-old man was seen fleeing multiple fires started in the park and later admitted to starting them. He was being held on bail for arson.

Oct. 8

Someone broke the window of a business in the 2300 block of South Bascom Avenue at 4:30 a.m. and attempted to pull the ATM out.

A white 1995 Dodge R15 truck and a white Ford F250 truck were stolen overnight at McGlincy Lane and Union Avenue.
